Ronda Dickinson, DNP, AGNP-C
Ronda Dickinson, DNP, is the founder, owner, and Nurse Practitioner of Refined Wellness, LLC. She is deeply committed to empowering clients through customized aesthetic and wellness services that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing safety, education, and individualized care.
Ronda earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2019 through University of Michigan-Flint. Her doctoral education strengthened her expertise in evidence-based practice, advanced clinical care, and patient-centered treatment — foundations that guide every service she provides.
In 2022, she completed specialized aesthetic training through American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, further refining her skills in facial anatomy, injectable techniques, and natural-looking rejuvenation. Ronda is committed to excellence and continues to pursue ongoing advanced training in aesthetic services to remain at the forefront of safe, innovative, and effective treatments.
With a compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail, Ronda blends medical precision with an artistic eye. She believes aesthetic treatments should never feel rushed or overdone, but instead thoughtfully tailored to support confidence, balance, and refined results.

Salmon Rais
Dr. Muhammad Rais is a highly trained Family Medicine physician with over nine years of experience supervising advanced practice providers.
He completed his medical training in Saint Louis, Missouri, and holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Central Michigan University.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Dr. Rais has expanded his expertise into aesthetic medicine, where he combines his strong background in patient care and leadership with advanced aesthetic skills.
He is committed to delivering compassionate, comprehensive, and innovative care to his patients, working closely with his team to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
